The pictures show a whirlpool. Get to the hotel and there is NOT one in the room. After a long day this is why I purchased. They refused to move me or refund and trip.com refused also even though their listing clearly shows it was supposed to have one! Worst experience ever. I left and went to another hotel and paid for another room. So now I paid for a room I didn’t even use because they falsely advertised
